It is our mission "to be the preferred Community Bank provider of financial services in the markets we serve." Currently we are hiring a Teller for our Oran Branch. Working as a teller in this branch allows you time to enjoy meeting our many customers and servicing their banking requests. Besides providing the basic cash transactions, you will record loan payments, process the sale of various bank instruments, and assist customers with their banking questions. This position requires flexibility toward schedule changes and Saturday hours. It is important that you display excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and demonstrate accuracy in handling monetary transactions when entering information into databases or software programs.

Essential Functions :

• Processes customer transactions including deposits, loan payments, checking / savings withdrawals and cashing checks in accordance with bank procedures.
• Counts and prepares currency, coins, and checks for shipment to the Federal Reserve Bank.
• Balances personal cash drawer daily.
• Responds to customers' needs in various ways while cross-selling bank products and services.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch, following established security procedures.
• Counting, filling, balancing, auditing, and ordering monies for the cash vault, ATM, and TCD.
• Answering incoming telephone calls as needed.
• Comply with all departmental and company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Maintain regular, punctual, and physical attendance.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
