Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls from supported dental offices and monitor requests
Assist team members with technical requests and route advanced issues to appropriate resources
Support vendor requests for remote connectivity and assist with password resets
Required Qualifications
Customer service experience
Practical knowledge of computer concepts
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience in assisting customers troubleshoot issues over the phone is desirable
