This role requires a solid understanding of judgment team processes and is expected to work on exceptions generated during the course of production, along with special projects. The role is expected to collaborate across multiple departments and / or use their deep process knowledge to find solutions with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities :

• Process Specialists monitor, investigate, and report inventory levels with a focus on process exceptions.
• This role will perform root cause analysis, develop solutions to minimize future fallout, and work with Process Excellence Managers on work / process flow fixes. They will work globally, domestically, and cross-functionally with teams to remediate workflow issues.
• They will also own creating / updating process documentation and training materials. The incumbent will be expected to develop regular reporting for senior leadership to highlight bottlenecks, backlogs, rework / rejections.
• Take on special assignments as needed to resolve issues causing defects, helping other departments to resolve issues, and taking actions to remediate and move forward inventory.
• Initiate Business Rules Management tickets, identifying issues with workflow design and working with Process Excellence Manager team & Business Rules Management to resolve and facilitate moving tickets through BUAT and into production.
• Review & update process documentation (SOP, job aids, training materials).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION : High School Diploma FIELD OF STUDY : General Education

EXPERIENCE : Required : 1 - 2 years customer service or clerical experience.
