Business Systems Analyst

Support and lead product teams through PLM related improvement projects using FlexPLM and Windchill tools. Develop solutions to complex problems and validate requirements with stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Assess and qualify system, functional, or feature questions, issues, and errors.
• Manage end-user enhancement requests.
• Support training for new and existing users.
• Support releases of the PLM ecosystem, including Oracle Agile, FlexPLM, and StarLIMS.
• Maintain and customize PLM processes and configurations.
• Define business workflows and implement new processes within the PLM ecosystem.
• Lead process improvements for product teams or business processes.

Qualifications :

The pay range is $38 - $62 per hour. This role is remote in the US and classified as a Mid-Senior level contract position in the IT industry.
