What You’ll Do :

• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs, develop material and labor pricing, and evaluate subcontractor / vendor quotes.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals to meet deadlines.
• Partner with project managers and field staff to ensure estimates align with execution strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and provide input during preconstruction meetings.
