Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of product management frameworks and best practices

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for product tooling and manage vendor relationships

Build and lead a high-performing Product Operations team while fostering cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or related leadership roles

Proven track record of leading product operations in a complex organization

Experience in building and scaling operational frameworks and tooling ecosystems

Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent direct experience
