• Job Summary :

We are looking for a Server to join our team and provide excellent food and beverage service to our customers. The Server will take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.

3. Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.

4. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.

5. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and take action to resolve any issues.

6. Upsell additional products when appropriate.

7. Clean and reset tables after guests leave.

8. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent service.

1. Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role.

2. Knowledge of food and beverage menus.

3. Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

6. Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

7. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
