Overview :

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the BMC Remedy to ServiceNow migration for a large enterprise environment. This role will focus on defining migration strategy, designing scalable ITSM solutions, and integrating with enterprise systems across infrastructure, security, and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and lead end-to-end migration from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Design scalable, compliant, and high-performance ServiceNow implementations covering Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Define integration strategies with enterprise systems (Active Directory, monitoring, HR, finance).
• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, migration roadmap, and data mapping.
• Establish best practices for configuration, scripting, workflow automation, and DevOps pipeline.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL, compliance, and enterprise security standards.
