ServiceNow Technical Architect (BMC Remedy Migration)

Overview :
We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the BMC Remedy to ServiceNow migration for a large enterprise environment. This role will focus on defining migration strategy, designing scalable ITSM solutions, and integrating with enterprise systems across infrastructure, security, and operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and lead end-to-end migration from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Design scalable, compliant, and high-performance ServiceNow implementations covering Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
- Define integration strategies with enterprise systems (Active Directory, monitoring, HR, finance).
- Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, migration roadmap, and data mapping.
- Establish best practices for configuration, scripting, workflow automation, and DevOps pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL, compliance, and enterprise security standards.
Required Skills & Experience :
10+ years overall experience, including 5+ years on ServiceNow architecture and delivery.Proven experience migrating from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow .Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM frameworks .Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations (REST / SOAP, MID Server, API Mgmt) .Familiar with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Portal configuration.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Preferred :
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) .Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS).Familiarity with ITIL 4, CSDM 4.0, and enterprise change management.
