HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Corpus Christi, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Telemetry Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Tell us about the unit(s) :

• Number of Beds - 25
• Number of Staff – 40
• Type of staff : o Day Shift – 1 free charge, 1 UC, 2 PCTs, 5 RNs o Night Shift – 5 RNS, 1 PCT
• Patient Ratios – 6 : 1, sometimes 5 : 1
• Type of equipment – Baxter IV Pumps, KCI wound vacs, SCD pumps
• EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• BLS
• ACLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Meditech experience
• Telemetry experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) :
• In addition to general med / surg competencies, it is preferred that applicants can o Manage chest tubes o Manage non-titrated Cardizem and Amiodorone drips o Manage weight-based heparin drips Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
