Drywall Commercial Paint Tile Electrical (lighting / trim) Flooring (VCT / LVP / Epoxy / Glue -Down Laminate) Millwork / Doors Demo / General

This is an excellent opportunity for tradespeople looking for consistent work, great team culture, and competitive pay with daily per diem. If you take pride in plumb / square layouts, tight joints, invisible seams, crisp lines, and closing punch the first timeyoull fit right in.

• Occupied environments : after-hours work, protect finishes, zero-defect turnovers, spotless exits.
• Fast-track cadence : coordinated trades, nightly milestones, short windows.
• Precision standards :

Drywall : GA-214 Level 45, straight reveals, feathered corners, clean access panels.

Bethesda shift (current project) : typically 9 : 30 pm7 : 30 am, multi-week duration. Additional travel projects available.
