  • Base salary with first-year earnings around $60,000-$80,000

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by calling a minimum of 50 prospects daily
  • Quote a minimum of 4 potential clients per day
  • Secure at least 20 auto policies per month
  • Discuss and promote life and health insurance options
  • Build relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Meet or exceed sales targets with integrity and enthusiasm
  • Requirements

  • An active Property and Casualty License preferred, or willingness to obtain (Life and Health License a bonus)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs
  • Confident, goal-driven, and resilient under pressure
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
