The Role

We are looking for a Junior Creative Technologist to join our team-someone who is passionate about technology, software, and creative problem-solving. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in electrical engineering, computer science, digital media, or a related field who wants to apply their skills to the world of live events and interactive experiences.

As a Junior Creative Technologist, you will assist in designing and implementing interactive AV solutions, working with both hardware and software to create engaging event technology. You'll gain hands-on experience with low-code platforms, microcontrollers, AV control systems, and real-time event programming, while collaborating with our team to push the boundaries of event technology.

Location : In-Office (with flexibility) at Milwaukee, WI headquarters

Travel : Occasional travel to client events across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development & Integration :

• Assist in designing and implementing interactive AV installations and event technology.
• Work with low-code / no-code platforms (e.g., Intuiface, TouchDesigner...).
• Help integrate microcontrollers, sensors, and controls into AV production setups.
• Support programming and configuration of lighting, sound, and video control systems (DMX, MIDI, OSC, etc.).
