Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY :

Financial team member with responsibilities across several different functions. This person could potentially be involved in areas such as A / R and A / P functions, account reconciliations, revenue modeling and other G / L and reporting / analysis related tasks. We are looking for someone with strong accounting and technical skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Timely and accurate processing of customer invoices - this position may participate part-time in the billing process, creating timely and accurate invoices
• Coding of vendor invoices
• Balance sheet reconciliations - The role will involve monthly / quarterly preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, and will involve reviewing those prepared by other team members
• Follow specific company financial protocols to prepare complete and accurate journal entries by the closing date on a monthly basis and input into the general ledger accounting system
• Preparation of deliverables for external audit
• Preform ad hoc analysis as requested
• Complete special projects and financial analysis as necessary
• Identify and implement process improvements

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :

Typical work week is 40+ hours with overtime as required to meet business requirements and deadlines.

The Compensation range for this role is $75,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
