About The Position

Join a high-volume CRNA team at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, providing care across diverse surgical cases with Level 1 trauma exposure and a supportive team environment.

Description

Seeking 3 full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in Detroit, MI . This locum role offers $170–$180 / hr all-inclusive , covering malpractice and travel if the provider is not local. Providers will work in a high-volume, hospital-based environment handling approximately 60 surgical cases per day, including general surgery, neurosurgery, MRI / endoscopy / IR / EP lab cases, IV regional anesthesia, and spinal anesthesia.

Job Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care for adult, adolescent, and limited pediatric patients

Work Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM (40 hours / week)

Operate in a hospital-based, Level 1 Trauma Center

Administer general, regional, and spinal anesthesia, including neurosurgical cases

Manage ventilation, arterial, and central line placements

Document all care in Epic EMR

Follow the ACT Care-Team supervision model with anesthesiologists present at induction, emergence, and key intervals

Job Requirements

Board Certified CRNA – Required

Active Michigan License – Required

Clean Background – Required

ACLS & BLS (AHA) – Required

PALS – Required

Minimum 1 year Level 1 trauma experience – Required

Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 4 x 10-hour shifts

Working Hours

Full-time : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM (40 hours / week)

No weekend shifts required (standard schedule)

Skills

Expertise in general, neuro, and regional anesthesia

Experience managing high-volume ORs in a Level 1 trauma setting

Proficient in arterial and central line placement

Strong teamwork and adaptability in dynamic hospital environments
