Salary guarantee; eligible for quarterly production bonuses

• Clinic hours : Monday through Friday 10 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 10 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
• Physicians can expect to see 25 to 40 patients per shift

Join our urgent care team ! The team consists of five physicians, four physician assistants, and several professional medical assistants and licensed nurses. We operate two modern urgent care clinics within 10 miles of one another; both embedded within our primary care clinics. Most of the patients seen in UC have a PCP within our organization; our patients often use our urgent care clinics for sooner or afterhours access. We have a mix of same-day scheduled appointment times, with some walk-in slots available each hour of the day.

We use the EPIC for our EMR, Nuance / Dragon for dictation and DAX CoPilot AI for note building. We have a long history in our community (99 years and counting) and have always been on the cutting-edge for adopting new technology and processes.

Our onsite laboratory is a CLIA-licensed high complexity laboratory. We use Siemens for our major chemistry instrumentation and perform more than 80% of our testing in-house with impressive turnaround times. Our lab team also performs EKGs and places Holter monitors.

Our onsite imaging includes : general x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, bone densitometry and more. Radiologists are onsite reading until 5pm daily, with remote wet reads available after hours.

Our entire multi-specialty clinic is collegial and friendly. Many of our family medicine PCPs volunteer to pick-up / cover UC shifts as needed.

Typical UC visits here include : bites / stings, accidents / falls, sprains / strains, lacerations, infections, rashes, broken fingers / toes, sore throat or cough, fever or flu, migraine, etc.

Our South UC clinic has nine exam rooms, one cardiac monitoring room and one procedure room. This clinic is most often staffed by one physician and PA-C daily.

Our centrally-located UC has fourteen exam rooms, one cardiac monitoring room and two procedure rooms. This clinic is often staffed by three providers. A post-pandemic expansion / remodel of this site now allows for separate, but side-by-side, operation of a "well" UC and URI-symptomatic UC, with separated waiting rooms too.
