We are looking for an AP / CP certified Pathologist to join a team in Michigan, responsible for reading 35-50 cases daily and performing various anatomic pathology procedures. The role involves grossing specimens, cutting frozen sections, and a range of diagnostic tests including hematology and microbiology. Ideal candidates should be able to work collaboratively with histotechnologists and are expected to begin once credentialed, with a rotating call schedule following a typical Monday to Friday workweek.

We are seeking an experienced AP / CP certified Pathologist to help our client out in Michigan as soon as credentialed!

Key Responsibilities :

• Read approximately 35-50 cases per day
• Gross and process your own specimens
• Cut frozen sections using Cryostat
• Handle a variety of cases, including GI biopsies, breast biopsies, neuropathology, and neurosurgical cases
• Perform hematology, microbiology, chemistry / serology, and blood bank procedures
• Specialize in anatomic pathology procedures : Surgical, GI, GU, Neuropathology, Dermatopathology, Hematopathology, and Cytology
