We are currently looking for a Head of Product to join the team, contribute to the country's digital transformation, and lead projects that will have a lasting impact on the Lithuanian education system. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with national and organizational goals;
• Lead the product team (POs, BAs, UX designers, engineers, PMs), ensuring alignment and delivery quality;
• Introduce effective work methodologies (Kanban, Agile) and continuously improve internal processes;
• Manage the full product lifecycle (Product Lifecycle Management);
• Collaborate with ministries, agencies, municipalities, and other stakeholders;
• Deep dive into ongoing projects, analyze current situations, and ensure smooth execution and delivery.
