Stylist (Part-Time)

As part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will introduce our customers to innovative premium denim and contribute to our brand's success. The stylist acts as an ambassador of the Splendid brand, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and demonstrating a customer-centric mindset by modeling effective selling behaviors with passion for the brand, customer, and product.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobing based on customer needs.
• Represent the brand in all customer and peer interactions.
• Build client relationships and generate excitement about our products through outreach.
• Work with the Store Manager to set personal development goals.
• Assist with operational tasks such as stock replenishment, store organization, and setup of sales / promotions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-presented store environment.
• Support scheduling needs and embody the brand in all interactions.
• Follow loss prevention practices and adhere to company policies, including dress code and attendance.
• Support visual, operational, and marketing directives to ensure proper execution.
