Allowed Holidays : New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages

Manage a diverse patient population, including some Chronic Pain Management cases

Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounters

Minimum of 18 patients seen per day

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

Practice Setting

EMR System : Epic

Coverage Type : No Call

Practice Setting : Outpatient

Patients Per Shift : 16

Rounding : Not Applicable

Qualifications

Provider Type : Physician (MD, DO)

Board Certification : Certified

License Requirement : Licensed in CA only

BLS Certification : Required

DEA Certification : Active DEA needed before the start

Practice Details

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.

Patient Population : Mix of pediatrics and adults (Will consider IM only)

Decision Timeframe : Typically within 7-14 days

Credentialing Timeframe : Estimated 30-90 days

Immunizations Required : Flu Vaccine, TB Status / X-Ray Results, Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization
