Job Description
Overall Purpose and Objective of Position
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, tools; as well as workers who maintain and repair physical structures of buildings and grounds.
Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions
Education / Professional Certifications / Licenses
Associate’s degree or equivalent with 2 to 5 years related experience and / or training or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities (including any physical demands)
Equipment Used
Typical office equipment : PC, telephone, fax machine
Working Conditions
Duties are performed in outside weather conditions, working frequently near moving mechanical parts. Occasional work done in high, precarious places and could be exposed to fumes and cotton dust. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Decision Making / Accountability
Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of duties.
