Administrative Support Representative
We are seeking an administrative support representative for a collections company. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer service issues.
- Respond to calls from the public, providing general information and service regarding the GeauxPass.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer service center and GeauxPass operations to assist customers and resolve problems.
- Process credit card and e-check payments for replenishment or violation payments.
- Open cases for unresolved customer inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints, research, and adjust account discrepancies as requested by the leadership team.
- Process and reply to e-mails / cases from customers.
- Manage customer disputes.
- Process Web correspondence to answer questions and provide assistance to customers.
- Process the closing of customer accounts and submit requests for refunds when necessary.
- Update invoices, violation payments, customer payments, or accounts to keep demographic, vehicle, and credit card information current.
Essential Skills :
Fluency in Spanish (nice to have) and English.High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills.1-3 years of relevant experience.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Experience in a call center or administrative support role.Strong data entry skills.Experience with computer operations.Clerical and front desk experience.Work Environment :
This position is based in a cubicle call center environment, focusing on administrative duties. The role is 100% in-office with a shift from 10 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM. Training is mandatory and occurs from 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM over a period of 5-7 days. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
