As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and patients, playing a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting with badge procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry and security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and communicate clearly with all individuals entering the facility. By maintaining a visible presence at the front desk, you will help to foster a sense of trust and reassurance for everyone on site.

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
