Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $1,945 per week in Knoxville, TN

The start date is as soon as possible. Candidates must have two years of experience in Labor and Delivery. First-timers accepted based on experience. Weekend requirements include working every other weekend. Certifications required include AWHONN fetal monitoring intermediate course, NRP, and ACLS. There is no on-call requirement for this position. Clinicians may float within their scope to meet facility needs, but will rarely be placed in Post-Partum or Ante-Partum areas. The unit is open to accommodating block schedules based on unit needs. Local candidates are accepted. Any restrictions on time off must be discussed during the interview process. The contract guarantees 36 hours of work per week. Special requirements include adherence to policies and procedures. Expect to work some holidays as part of the role. Compliance documentation is required prior to the start date. Keep requests for time off to a minimum, with no requests for an entire calendar week off during the assignment. A nursing license must be in hand for the submission. Modules are completed during orientation and annually, and may vary between specialties. Modules are recorded by a Nurse Educator onsite.
