Responsibilities :

Scheduling : Efficiently manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring a seamless and organized schedule.

Insurance Verification : Verify patient insurance information to facilitate accurate billing and streamline the admission process.

Front Desk Operations : Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Payment Posting : Accurately record and post payments received from patients, maintaining precise financial records.

Medical Records : Assist in organizing and maintaining medical records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills :

• Previous experience in a medical business office setting is preferred.
