Job descriptionMust be at least 18 years old to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois. Walk on uneven terrain; 75% to 80% standing / walking; outdoor work up to 75% to 80% of the time. Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Driving position; driver certification included with all positions. High School Diploma or GED, or willingness to complete the GED within six months. Adequate computer skills; above-average skills are a plus. Customer service experience preferred; security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus. Reliable transportation and a reliable communication device (cell phone). Legal right to work in the United States; ability to speak, read, and write English. Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are a plus. Ability to remain vigilant, respond to emergencies with rapid, sound judgment, and use proper de-escalation techniques. Overview
Flex Security Officer – Full Time – Edwardsville, Pontoon Beach, & Sauget, IL. Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring qualified individuals to join our team as Security Officers. Our teams create safe and secure environments by providing peace of mind for clients and their guests.
Base pay and schedule
Base pay range : $17.00 / hr - $18.00 / hr
Wage : $17.00-$18.50 / HR
Open Interviews : Every Thursday, 10 : 00am to 11 : 00am. In-person interviews at the office. Proper interview attire required.
Interview Location : 141 Market Place (intersection of Jerome and Market Place), Suite 108, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208. Call 618-257-2815 for questions (Press option for Sherrico or Adam).
