Premier Opportunity for CAAs - $45K Start Date Bonus! Envision Physician Services and Aventura Hospital are currently seeking CAAs to join our collaborative Anesthesia team located in the Miami area. Location : Aventura, FL.

Responsibilities

• Team is comprised of 21 physicians and 18 CRNAs and CAAs.
• Facility consists of 1 main hospital and 1 ASC (Surgery Center of Aventura) that they provide coverage for.
• Approximately 11,000 annual cases. 11 ORs, 3 Endo, 3 Cath Labs.
• Case mix includes Neuro, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, GI, Cardiovascular and extensive General Surgery.
• No Pediatrics. No OB.
• APPs place lines, manage meds and perform blocks.
• Flexible scheduling opportunities include 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts.
• Call requirements : 1 : 5 weekends.
• Opportunity to increase earnings if you would like to participate more.
• Paid time off (PTO) increased to 8 and 9 weeks.
