  • Collaborate closely with therapists, physicians, and other members of the treatment team to ensure cohesive, aligned care.
  • Leverage technology-enabled tools to support engagement, accountability, and outcomes tracking.
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers in supporting recovery through evidence-informed guidance and compassionate communication.
  • Document sessions, assessments, and care plans in accordance with practice protocols and ethical standards.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, supervision, peer consultation, and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the culture of collaboration, innovation, and integrity that defines NourishRX.

Qualifications :

  • Registered Dietitian (RD / RDN) credential required; Licensed in at least one U.S. state.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct eating disorder experience in outpatient, IOP, or higher-level care.
  • Experience with functional nutrition testing and interpretation (micronutrient, GI, hormone, or related panels).
  • Strong understanding of the intersection between nutrition, mental health, and recovery.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a client-centered, compassionate approach.
  • Confidence in working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Comfort with technology and virtual platforms for client care and team collaboration.
  • What We Offer :

  • A supportive, innovative culture built around connection, collaboration, and growth.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401K
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
  • PTO and dedicated sick time
  • Ongoing supervision, training, and CE opportunities
  • A mission-driven, fully remote work environment where you can make a lasting impact
  • If you’re passionate about redefining recovery, integrating functional and mental health nutrition, and working within a supportive, innovative team, we’d love to meet you!
