Position Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Escrow Support Processor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is 100% on-site and offers the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment.

As an Escrow Support Processor, you will handle centralized clerical processing of documents related to the initiation and closing of residential escrows. Your support helps relieve local branches of high-volume paperwork, contributing to smooth and efficient operations. While you will communicate with internal escrow branches, this position does not involve direct customer contact.

Key Responsibilities :

Process documentation for residential escrow openings and closings

Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines

Communicate instructions and updates to escrow branch teams

Support high-volume administrative tasks related to escrow files

Requirements :
