Job descriptionOptimize AEM environments for performance and scalability. Template and Component Development Customize and extend AEM workflows to meet business requirements. Production Deployment Monitor production environments and address any issues promptly. Environment Management Collaboration and Training Provide training and support to team members on AEM functionalities and best practices. Experience Proven track record of setting up AEM environments, deploying to production and supporting upgrades. Proven track record of developing complex document templates using XML and setting up document batch processes. Integration of real time document generation services with existing Java based applications and with Salesforce using Connect App. Technical Skills Strong understanding of AEM Forms architecture, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, J2EE and modern front-end frameworks. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Subversion, SharePoint. Soft Skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Role : Adobe AEM Developer
Responsibilities
- AEM Setup and Configuration
Assist with installation, configuration and customization of AEM Forms in the development, testing, and production environments.
Design and develop AEM templates, components, and dialogs using best practices.
Manage code deployments and ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
Maintain and update environments as needed to support upgrades, new features and improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and content authors.
Required Skills
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Forms.
Proficient in AEM 6.x versions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
