Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – South San Diego
We’re looking for passionate BCBAs to join our collaborative team in Chula Vista, El Cajon and South San Diego. You’ll design and oversee ABA therapy programs that make a direct impact on children and families.
What We Offer :
- $82,500+ base salary with uncapped monthly bonus potential
- $5,000 signing bonus (select positions)
- $2,500 Spanish fluency premium
- Option for center-based or home / community-based caseloads
- 4-day work week available after ramp-up
