Accounts Payable Clerk
Under general supervision and in accordance with established company policies and procedures, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and other payable transactions. This role ensures that payments are properly authorized, coded, and compliant with company standards, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting the overall efficiency of the accounting function. The Accounts Payable Clerk may also participate in special projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Education & Experience :
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with SAP, Syteline, or other ERP systems strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to internal controls and compliance standards.

Relocation is authorized for this position.
