Length of Need : Initially, this role spans 6 months, offering stability and the potential for longer-term engagement with the option to extend based on mutual agreement and satisfaction. Weeks Needed per Month : We seek coverage for 2-3 weeks per month, ensuring flexibility while maintaining consistent support for our patient population. This translates to approximately 10-15 days of coverage per month. Call Requirements : Enjoy a balanced work-life with no call responsibilities, freeing your evenings and weekends for personal pursuits and relaxation. Case Load : Embrace a diverse caseload that excludes trauma, neurosurgery, or cardiac surgery, catering to a varied patient population. Our focus on "healthy pediatrics" ensures fulfilling experiences, excluding infants or sick children. Special Procedures : Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and comfort with regional anesthesia techniques, contributing to comprehensive patient care and positive outcomes. CRNA Coverage : Benefit from in-house CRNA coverage available 24 / 7, ensuring continuous support and collaboration. Our highly skilled team specializes in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia, extending services to the main hospital, ambulatory surgical center, and endoscopy center, all conveniently located within the main campus. Interview Process : Begin your journey with us through an initial screening conducted via phone, facilitating efficient communication and assessment. Privileging Timeframe : With an active PA license, privileging typically takes 45-60 days, ensuring a streamlined onboarding process. For candidates without an active PA license, the timeframe extends to 60-90 days, allowing ample time for credentialing and preparation.
