Cortland Dental and Braces

Pay range $50-$60, negotiable based on experience

Opportunity for additional $3 - $5 or more / hr production pay

Up to $10k optional sign-on bonus

Responsibilities :

As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide quality dental care and support under the supervision of a dentist, contributing to an exceptional patient experience.

  • Deliver compassionate care to patients at all times
  • Perform direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride applications, among other duties
  • Enhance customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care
  • Educate patients and parents on effective oral hygiene practices
  • Assess patients' dental health and review their medical history
  • Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
  • Support parents and patients throughout the treatment process
  • Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed
  • Take and save x-rays in patient charts when necessary
  • Provide memorable experiences for patients through compassion and understanding
  • Qualifications :

  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
  • Experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
