Special Assignment : People Operations and Innovation

The Sr. Director, People Operations & Innovation leads core People Team functions including Contact Center, People Technology, People Analytics, and Innovation — driving continuous improvement, service excellence, and special projects that elevate the WelbeHealth Team Member experience . This role ensures seamless on-boarding, responsive inquiry resolution, and a modern digital employment experience, while championing data as the foundation for People Team decisions.

Success requires balancing strong HR systems and compliance with innovation and modernization to streamline the employment lifecycle and enhance team member engagement. Key priorities include :

• Setting and achieving SLAs, ensuring compliance, and improving service delivery
• Developing and executing a people technology roadmap
• Organizing and leveraging data to drive insights and decisions
• Fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement across the People function

The Sr. Director partners closely with leaders across People, IT&S, Performance Excellence, Analytics, Legal , and market operations, ensuring alignment and collaboration at all levels. Reporting to the VP, People Operations & Rewards , this leader oversees a team of approximately 5-10 individuals , directly shaping the Team Member experience and the evolution of the WelbeHealth workplace.

Salary / Wage base range for this role is $168,895 - $232,231 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
