What You'll Do :

• Complete 4+ on-site surface repairs per day (counters, tubs, cabinets, floors, and more)
• Work across a variety of settings-apartments, hotels, homes and construction sites
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Track repair progress in our online platform
• Communicate with the support team when needed
• Follow our proven repair processes
• Use creativity and artistic skill to color-match and blend repairs seamlessly

Ideal Background :

This job is a great fit for artists, makers, and hands-on problem-solvers! People who enjoy or have experience with :

• Painting, sculpting, woodworking, whittling, or other visual / 3D arts
• Resurfacing, construction, maintenance, or hands-on repair work
• Color mixing and matching - art background is helpful, but not required
• Curious, humble learners who enjoy improving their craft over time
• What You'll Need :
• Hands-on experience with manual or creative work
• Ability to see, identify, and replicate color accurately - if you are colorblind, this isn't the job for you
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to commit to learning a new skill (expect 2 years minimum)

We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
