Lead Billing Specialist

A company is looking for a Lead Billing Specialist who will be responsible for invoicing and billing processes related to fleet maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and enter repair orders into the service database system based on technician submissions

Verify billing accuracy and improve repair order quality to minimize customer disputes

Communicate with customers to obtain purchase order approvals and address billing issues

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED with 7 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficiency with Mitchell One or similar estimating systems

Experience in service writing is preferred

Knowledge of standard repair times for common services

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
