Job Purpose : This position will have the responsibility for assisting the Maintenance Safety Manager with vendors and RJW Transport contract mechanic in addition to maintaining all company equipment. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and / or situations.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English
• General computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to be on-call for responding after-hour emergencies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
• General use of hand tools
• Not afraid of heights
• Drywall, plumbing, electrical experience
• Valid Driver’s license
