Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to completion. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and updates. Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Support procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and vendors. Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and quality.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have :

  • A background in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
