Albertus Magnus College seeks an accomplished, collaborative, and forward-thinking financial and strategic leader to serve as its next Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA). Reporting directly to President Dr. Marc M. Camille, the Vice President will serve as the College’s Chief Financial Officer and a trusted advisor to the President and Board of Trustees.

Since Dr. Camille’s arrival in 2017, Albertus Magnus College has experienced extraordinary momentum and growth. Traditional undergraduate enrollment is at historic highs; the endowment has grown; fundraising and alumni engagement have increased dramatically; and the College is conducting an ambitious comprehensive fundraising campaign aligned with its Centennial Anniversary Year, 2025-26. The next Vice President will play a central role in sustaining this momentum and shaping the College’s financial strategy as it launches its second century.

The VPFA will provide strategic leadership across all financial and administrative operations, ensuring the long-term financial strength, operational effectiveness, and mission alignment of the institution. This is a rare opportunity to join a values-driven college on a strong upward trajectory and to help guide its future at a pivotal moment. The College’s next VPFA will be an ethical, experienced, creative, efficient, adaptable, collaborative, collegial leader with significant expertise and a record of demonstrated success in higher education finance. The ideal candidate will be an excellent listener and communicator, and they will possess the ability to switch easily between high-level strategic visioning and hands-on engagement as necessary, in keeping with Albertus Magnus’ culture and needs.

COMPENSATION
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and includes a generous benefits package. This is a full-time position that will be performed on site in Connecticut.
