Our US office is looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Marketing Technology Lead.

We have over a dozen marketing technology and CRM experts in our Finland and UK offices, and experience with more than 100 implementation and optimization projects. One of our key strategic initiatives is to begin replicating this success in our recently acquired US business.
As Marketing Technology Lead, you'll work closely with our client-facing and new business development teams from opportunity identification through project planning, applying your knowledge and teaming with US-based and overseas experts to create successful client engagements.
Common marketing and sales technology challenges you'll need to solve :
- Too many marketing and sales tools or suffer from poor integration.
- Customer data scattered across CRM, ad platforms, websites, and other systems.
- Teams that do not use the marketing and sales platforms businesses have already invested in.
- Inefficient campaign setup and ineffective execution.
- Lack of a clear technology road map, leading to "decision limbo".
Qualifications that can ensure your success :
Demonstrated abilities to motivate, inspire, and influence team members to invest in their education and achieve agency goals.Strong written communication and presentation skills (client-facing and internal).Ability to handle pressure with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Revenue growth mindset.Proactive — this is a new position that will require certain levels of creativity and resourcefulness to generate opportunities.Responsibilities :
Support client services and new business development teams in identifying and developing business cases.Support client services by consulting with customers and prospects on challenges that need solving and opportunities that could be realized through workflow, data, and technology optimizations.Develop statements of work, including consultative services, technology requirements, implementation / integration, ongoing execution support, project plans, and timelines (with support of other agency experts).Take lead role in marketing and sales technology-related pitches.Initiate projects, including building technical plans, onboarding clients, project team setup with Finland- and UK-based team members, and high-level oversight during project lifecycle to assure success.As needed, provide hands-on execution support with optimizing automation workflows and lead scoring processes, attribution modeling, dashboard setup, event tracking, and analytical system support.Develop partner relationships in the US.Represent Luxid at relevant technology conferences.Train internal team members to continually increase their marketing technology fluency and organizational abilities to identify and assess client opportunities.Requirements :
Working knowledge of various marketing technology tools and understanding of their possibilities, and ability to create strategies and road maps aligned with marketing and organizational goals.Understanding marketing processes and ability to plan them.Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration, helping team members develop campaigns and programs that leverage marketing and sales technologies.Business knowledge, especially business-to-business environments.Familiarity with customer data platforms (with ambition to develop deeper expertise if not already expert).Minimum five years of relevant martech experience.Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing / business, or other relevant education.What we offer you :
