About the Role :

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including :

Real estate acquisitions and sales

Commercial leasing

Real estate development projects

Real estate finance and lending

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and development-related agreements

Managing title and survey reviews and other diligence processes

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

Strong academic background and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor

Experience at a large regional or national law firm preferred

Desire to work on complex transactions, including national deals, with meaningful client interaction

Licensed to practice in Virginia or eligible for reciprocal admission
