ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Job Details :

  • Work varied weekends and holidays schedule
  • No guaranteed hours
  • Must have current ACLS certification
  • Able to work in multiple units : PCU, OBS, MS, and TELE
  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
  • Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
  • Formulate and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
  • Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
  • Document all patient care activities in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed
  • Must possess current, valid RN license in state of practice
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
  • Experience in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in specialty area
  • Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to work area
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Professional certification preferred
