Job description

We're Hiring: Regional Sales Director in 4 locations. Qualified candidates will live in any state within these territories.

  • South-Central - KY, TN, MS, AL, WV, AR, LA
  • South-East US - NC, SC, VA (MN, WI as remote territories)
  • North-East - ME, VT, NH, CT, MA, RI, NY (upstate)
  • East-Central - PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, New York City

BASIC was one of the first in the nation to administer Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) - and we've been innovating ever since.

We're a Technology-Driven HR Compliance Company helping HR teams across the U.S. stay compliant, efficient, and effective.

Now, we're expanding - and looking for a driven, high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead growth across South-Central US: KY, TN, MS, AL, WV, AR, LA.

Summary:

As an Individual Contributor, you'll be the face of BASIC in your territory - building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals.

You'll sell:

  • Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA, Lifestyle & Fringe)
  • COBRA Administration
  • Compliance Solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of B2B sales success - preferably in benefits, insurance, or compliance
  • Experience with consultative/relationship-based sales
  • Valid driver's license for partner visits

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base $75,000-$90,000 + uncapped commission + renewal income + annual bonus
  • 1st year RSD's typically earn $20,000-$30,000 above base their first year, increasing each year with renewal commissions
