Compensation :

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly + commission

Responsibilities :

• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code
• Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with external vendors and subcontractors to negotiate agreements that drive long-term success
• Respond to property damage emergency calls when required
• Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues
• Oversee the work of all subcontractors and skilled laborers and guide them as necessary to ensure high-quality work
• Calculate the budget for all project tasks and accurately manage the budget
• Communicate the status of the project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports
• Issue purchase orders for subcontractor work
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule
