Shift Schedule : Mon-Sun; 8a-8p

  • 1 week / month

Call Schedule : 8p-8a

  • On call for peds only

    • Call Type : Beeper

    Call Response Time : 20 mins

    Patient Volume : 6-12

    Patient Demographics : Adults & Peds

  • 5% Peds, 95% Adults

    • Admissions Required : Yes

    Rounding Included : Yes

    Support Staff : RNs, CNAs

    Specialty Back-up : OB / Gyn, Gen Surgery, Orthopedics

    24-hr Support Services :

  • Anesthesia, Catheterization Lab, General Surgery, Lab.

    • Required Procedures :

    (Adult) :

  • with ICU, Non-invasive ventilation management, Ventilation management : Acute; Intubation (ENT / INT), EKG interpretation.

    • (Pediatric) :

  • Attend C-sections / high risk; Deliveries
  • Non-invasive vent management (bipap / cpap)
  • Ventilation management (peds) : Acute
  • Intubation (ENT / INT) : Newborn, Pediatrics
  • Conscious sedation, Deep Sedation, Central Line Placement.

    • Beds in the Dept : 22; E-ICU : 2

    EMR : Epic

    Hospital Privileges required : Yes

    Temporary Privileges available : Yes

    Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

    Requirements : Active MT License

    BC (FM / IM)

    With IM / PED experienceh
