Quality Staffing Inc . is seeking a skilled Bilingual Warehouse Admin Assistant to support a growing organization dedicated to excellence in materials management and distribution. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position in Smyrna TN working Monday-Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM at a pay rate of $17.00 per hour plus a monthly performance-based bonus ($1-$3 / hr) based on work ethic attendance and punctuality. Position Summary
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for accurately pulling receiving documenting and processing materials to support timely shipment and operational efficiency. This role ensures incoming materials are verified and recorded stored properly and distributed to the correct departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and committed to maintaining inventory accuracy and workflow throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & System Transactions
- Enter and verify receipts shipments transfers and adjustments in Oracle.
- Retrieve products from inventory and identify material quantities accurately.
- Receive and unload incoming components; verify quantities against packing slips.
- Record all inventory transactions in real time to maintain accuracy.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain organized records of bills of lading (BOLs) packing slips and shipping documents.
- Enter received components into the computerized inventory system.
Shipping & Receiving Support
Prepare labels documentation and packaging for outbound shipments.Verify inbound shipments for product accuracy and correct quantities.Operational Support
Communicate effectively with supervisors to support order and production priorities.Support cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S standards.Assist with data collection and reporting to support key performance indicators (KPIs).Safety & Compliance
Follow all safety guidelines including PPE and safe equipment operation.Report unsafe conditions damaged materials or discrepancies immediately.Maintain compliance with quality and operational procedures.Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.2-5 years of warehouse logistics inventory or material handling experience preferred.Experience with Oracle or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook and basic data entry.Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.Effective communication skills.Understanding of basic inventory control and material flow principles.Physical Requirements
