We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This contract-to-perm opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact by enhancing our data analytics and reporting infrastructure. This is an onsite role in Jacksonville FL.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support : Provide daily support for both on-site and remote employees, resolving hardware / software issues and coordinating with third-party vendors for escalations.
• Data Environment Management : Maintain and monitor the Power BI and Snowflake environments, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and timely error resolution.
• Dashboard Maintenance : Update and optimize existing Power BI dashboards and apps to meet evolving business needs, while troubleshooting reporting issues.
• Report Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build new dashboards, data models, and analytical tools aligned with strategic goals.
• Visualization & Accessibility : Create intuitive, visually compelling reports for desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring clarity and ease of use.
• User Training & Documentation : Educate users on new or updated reports, provide clear documentation, and assist with access or functionality issues.
• Security & Access Control : Manage user permissions within Power BI, ensuring compliance with internal policies and data governance standards.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes for greater efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Support customer care initiatives by understanding client needs and partnering with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Compliance : Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements at both local and national levels.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business intelligence, analytics, ETL, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Suite
