Our company is seeking a seeking a highly skilled Cook to join our growing team of professionals!

The role of a cook is to prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet our residents’ requirements and satisfaction. The Cook is responsible for ensuring the preparation of meals in a clean and safe environment, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and delivering prompt and quality customer service.

Cook Responsibilities :

• Prepare, season and cook a variety of dishes using a range of cooking techniques according to menus and standardized recipes
• Ensure all meals served to residents are of high quality, presented well and meet expectations.
• Ensure food is prepared appropriately for all dietary needs and restrictions
• Help develop new recipes, seasonal menu items and specials
• Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized kitchen to meet safety standards
• Monitor food stock levels, suppliers and order ingredients as necessary
• Ensure compliance with food menu guidelines and health and safety regulations
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide quality customer service
• Assist with receiving inventory, prepare daily prep lists and other duties as assigned
