Responsibilities :
Greet visitors and manage the front desk with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Manage inbound phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
Provide data entry support and assist with basic office organization.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus!
A proactive "can-do" attitude and a desire to learn new office software.
Education : No Degree Required
Experience : 0-1 years
Qualifications :
MUST HAVE TRANSFERABLE EXPERIENCE :
1+ years in a fast-paced service environment (retail, restaurant, or front desk).
Basic computer literacy (typing 40+ WPM, email etiquette).
Strong verbal communication and the ability to multitask under pressure.
