The opportunity NexTech Solutions (NTS) is actively seeking a Principal Software Engineer - Java. This senior software engineering role is the culmination of your hard work-focused on building scalable, evolving cloud software that accelerates the delivery of life-saving treatments worldwide. You'll have the autonomy to shape product direction, guide leadership, and mentor new engineers, all while making a meaningful global impact.

Key responsibilities :

• Partner with product management and development teams to design and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Take full ownership of feature implementation, from initial design and development through deployment, production support, and ongoing maintenance.
• Rapidly analyze and deconstruct complex issues to identify clear, actionable solutions while navigating both knowns and unknowns.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for mentoring and supporting engineers at every stage of their career.
• Establish, promote, and coach others on coding best practices and development standards.
• Bring deep experience in conducting code reviews across all levels of engineering talent.
